The patient comes to us in May 2025 with pain in her right leg. Arthrotic changes in the thumb with advanced deformity of the 2nd and 3rd toes are present. After the examination, we indicated the patient for a decompression (stiffening) of the thumb joint and correction of the deformity of the 2nd and 3rd toes. The operation was performed on 26.8.2025.

A 60-year-old patient comes to our clinic for pain and deformity of both thumbs. In November 2024, we performed a correction of the right thumb. The patient was satisfied with the result of the operation, both in terms of function and restoration of the correct position. Therefore, a year later, in November 2025, we also performed a correction of the left thumb.
